Aura architects is a multidisciplinary design firm led by architect Nimisha Kansagara and Dr. Saket Kansagara. It was established in 2006 and since then has been rendering services into the field of architecture interior design, property valuation and turnkey design solutions. It is in its expanding form since its establishment. Every task whether big or small is treated and addressed as a special opportunity to give a physical form to the creative concepts and thoughts. We believe that a good design is a result of creative concept, meaningful development, technical expertise, project management, visualization upto the meticulous execution of the finished product.

DESIGN PROCESS
How we work
1. CONCEPT DESIGN
Understand client’s functional and aesthetic requirements, taste, aspirations, site context, availability of resources, existing byelaws, budget, financial and other related parameters. Brainstorming the available data and developing concepts which are the best suited options. Finalizing the best concept and proceeding for the next stage.
2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the concept is finalized, design development integrates functional hierarchy, site context, climate, movement patterns, form, visual appeal, form, technology, etc. and the process continues till the concept transforms into the final desired entity complete in terms of form functions and aspirations.
3. CONSTRUCTION, APPROVAL AND EXECUTION DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS
Preparing and processing legal body approval drawings, meticulous and detailed working drawings with required material specifications and construction details, MEP, HVAC, Landscaping, and other related details for flawless and smooth execution on site.
4. CONSTRUCTION AND EXECUTION ADMINISTRATION
This is the most important phase where the concept is getting transferred from paper to reality. We believe that monitoring and inspecting the work on site is very much essential to ensure the delivery of final product as conceived on paper is of as much importance as design itself and that the construction is of the best quality.
5. FINISHED PRODUCT
The seed of dream/concept which was conceived in the creative brain first finds its visual presence on paper and then transforms into real form and is ready for its function as desired for. Every stage of the process is of equal importance and the coordination of each stage and each member of the team is of utmost important.
