2021-22

A joint family of two brothers, their wives, parents and kids wanted to create a home which further strengthens their family ties and preserves the family bonding in next generations. A simple sober and average budget home ensuring smooth functional natural activity flow. A place which is meditative and devoid of unnecessary ornamentation.
Considering the client brief and the responses to the site context, the project was conceived with a material palate of White Grey and teak wood family complementing the Grey cement texture vitrified flooring in a subtle modern minimalist theme interiors specially focusing on preserving the spaciousness of the built environment and smooth flow of daily routine activities. Minimalist interiors modern theme spacious airy full of natural light and functional spaces are the unique feature of this project.
