COMMERCIAL ARCHITECTURE

The site is located in one of the dense and congested areas of Rajkot, the only relief was that it had approach roads on two sides.  The brief was to design 5 luxurious 3bhk flats, one flat on each floor. The project was designed in such a way that all spaces face the two road sides so as to ensure maximum light and ventilation, and the openings and interior walls were placed in such a way that there was a visual continuity and connectivity inside as well as with the outside. The fluidity of the interior spaces creates a luxurious and unrestricted feeling! The spaces are articulated in such a way that there is a smooth flow from one space to another. The geometric form reveals a vertical language with major white mass and big windows, with 2 grey grooved masses and two walls in plum red colour was added to add an interest to the form of the building. Devoid of any ornamentation, the form is a reflection of purity of lines, colours and textures.
