The site for Chocolate Avenue is located in the new developing urban area called Ambika Township, Rajkot. The site is rectangular linear patch with two smaller sides facing roads in the east and west direction. The brief was to design 12 3 bhk flats and the constraint was to accommodate three flats on a linear site. And as a response to the linearity the major common circulation elements the stair, lift and the passage were designed in a linear way. Each flat is designed as a luxurious, spacious and environment friendly concept. The form of the building reflects modern language which very well enhances the planning and whole design concept. The colour pallete used is of earthy tones so that it does not reflect much light and heat and appears pleasant to the eyes.
