ANTRIX ELEGANCE

The site is situated in one of the most developing area, Ambika Township of Rajkot. As it is located on a 40’ wide main commercial road of this area, it was conceived as a residencial and commercial project. It was our third project as consultants and builders. The site was a 400 sq.yard plot facing main road in the north and side road in the west. The major beneficial criteria for the site selection was that if was facing a 3000 sq.yard reserved land which will developed as a garden in future. The concept plan was developed aiming at judicious space utilization, functional plan with good light and ventilation. Entire project responding to the site parameters, the spaces were designed so that a small carpet area of about 590 sq.ft. feels spacious, comfortable and well organized. The project is unique because of its space planning and site context.
